Role: Middleweight Designer - 9 Months FTC
Location: Leeds, LS15 8GB. We operate a hybrid schedule, 2 days in the office per week.
Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 per annum DOE, plus extensive benefits.
Contract type: Fixed term contract.
Employment type: Full time.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week. We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

What you’ll be doing?
* Develop and deliver high-quality creative assets across multiple channels, including CRM, web, app, social, print, and paid media.
* Apply brand guidelines consistently to ensure cohesive and recognisable visual identity across all outputs.
* Design responsive assets that provide an accessible and seamless experience across devices, platforms, and formats.
* Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver effective, audience-focused design solutions.
* Manage projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
* Contribute creative ideas and concepts that align with campaign objectives and broader brand strategy.
* Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.
* Provide input into creative reviews, incorporating feedback constructively to refine and improve designs.
* Support the ongoing development and optimisation of team processes, workflows, and design standards.
* Work collaboratively within the creative team, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment.
Who are we looking for?
* Strong communication skills with the ability to contribute confidently to the full creative process
* Demonstrates a proactive, solutions-focused approach with good initiative
* Able to prioritise, organise, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
* Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
* Experience delivering high-quality creative work under tight deadlines in fast-paced settings
* Strong critical thinking skills to assess and improve creative effectiveness against objectives
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
* Experience creating engaging, consistent design across digital and print channels (CRM, web, social, paid media)
* Solid understanding of graphic design principles and best practices across digital and traditional formats
* Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent) or extensive working experience in a creative/design role.
