My client, apub with 11 beautifully presented guest rooms set in the heart of Exmoor National Park, require a Pastry Chef to join their kitchen brigade.
My client is a family run and owned business with the business linked to their organic Exmoor hill farm in Simonsbath. Their menu serves local, organic, seasonal Exmoor and North Devon produce.
The rolewould suit someone who is keen to work in beautiful north Devon with the new owners and head chef to continue to establish the Inn as the premier destination to eat and stay. The ideal pastry chef will be expected to work independently on hotel breakfast services catering for up to 22 people. They will do 3 breakfast/lunch shifts and 2 evenings so experience as a CDP and Pastry is necessary.
The Pastry Chef role offers:-
* Annual salary of £29,000 per annum
* 28 days holiday including bank holidays
