Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking customers, providing timely and professional support.
* Process customer orders using SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Manage order fulfillment, invoicing, and shipment coordination.
* Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions related to orders, deliveries, and product availability.
* Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to facilitate smooth order management.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written); proficiency in English is preferred.
* Experience with SAP (order management, invoicing, and logistics modules).
* Previous experience in customer service and order management.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
