ONE Office Cleaner is URGENTLY required for our client, a construction company based in Magherafelt. This is a permanent, full-time position, with working hours from 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and an early finish on a Friday at 3pm. The pay rate for this position will be £12.30 per hour. Responsibilities include: Clean and maintain all designated office areas. Daily dusting, hoovering, mopping, and waste disposal. Replenish kitchen and toilet supplies, as needed. Maintain cleaning stock levels and report when restocking is required. Perform periodic deep cleans. Serving tea / coffee and scones or toast to staff each morning. Providing afternoon refreshments around 3pm. Preparing and serving drinks / snacks for internal and board meetings. Set up and tidy meeting rooms before and after use. Maintain a tidy and organised kitchen and refreshment area. This is not an exhaustive list of duties, and the successful candidate may be asked to carry out other reasonable tasks, as needed. What we need from you Friendly, approachable, and professional in dealing with staff and visitors. Strong understanding of general health and safety issues. Ability to take initiative and self-manage. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy working environment. Previous experience in cleaning, catering, or facilities is desirable, but not required.
