Role Overview: This Property Inventory and Inspection Clerk position involves conducting comprehensive property inspections, inventories, check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections. Attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service are key to ensuring properties are accurately recorded and ready for tenants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct inventories, check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections with precision 2. Submit accurate, comprehensive reports on a right-first-time basis 3. Build positive relationships with tenants during inspections 4. Meet daily targets for both volume and quality of work 5.
