If you are confident communicating with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels, and experienced in investigating complaints and finding creative solutions while keeping customers informed, this role could be perfect for you.
You will act as an ambassador for Abri, championing our customer-first approach throughout the complaint journey and helping us improve our services by addressing issues and identifying areas for improvement.
