* Location: Natwest/Ulster Bank, Belfast City Centre - office-based training and grad bay (7 weeks). Hybrid once training is complete. Great public transport links!
* Shifts: Full time - 40 hours per week, hours between 07:00 and 01:00
* Training Duration: 3 weeks onsite training, 4 weeks grad bay onsite
* Probity Requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions, and Fraud checks will be completed. Must also evidence the last 2 years employment history and last 5 years address history.

Provide proactive and reactive service to ensure customers meet their financial arrangements aligned with their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
At the first point of contact, deliver outstanding customer service and help achieve organizational goals. Educate customers on banking options and support them in choosing suitable services. Complete processes accurately and compliantly, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Take appropriate actions to deliver good customer outcomes, review interactions, and address gaps as needed.

What you'll do
Conduct financial reviews, provide accurate information, and manage your diary to balance proactive and planned customer interactions. Your duties include supporting the bank’s operations, maintaining relationships, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The skills you'll need
Experience in customer service and relationship management, organizational and time management skills, excellent communication skills, experience in a regulatory environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a customer-focused attitude.
