What will the Bookkeeper role involve?
Managing key financial transactions including invoicing, credit control, and reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
Processing supplier invoices and payments, supporting smooth procurement operations.
Overseeing company expense claims and credit card reconciliations to maintain transparency and control.
Assisting with bank reconciliations and contributing to financial audits to uphold compliance and transparency.
Supporting the finance team to maintain accurate data entry, reporting, and overall financial health of the organisation, all while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace atmosphere.
Suitable Candidate for the Bookkeeper vacancy:
AAT Level 4 or equivalent qualification with proven experience in bookkeeping or similar finance roles.
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally with multi-currency transactions and international exposure.
Proficient in accounting software and comfortable learning new financial management tools.
Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
