What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting and assessing individuals within their own homes.
2. Supporting service users to access community opportunities.
3. Working with families, healthcare professionals and occupational therapists.
4. Supporting service users with their daily living skills. Including personal care, meal preparation & housekeeping.

£ per hour for Support Worker (no experience required, full training and continuous development provided, job shadowing, team support, : supervisions and annual Appraisals, opportunity to achieve qualifications, career pathway).
Time & half enhancement on Bank Holiday’s, PLUS a day back in TOIL.
Time & half for overtime, over hours.
Guaranteed weekly hours from up to hours per week.
Permanent hours & casual bank staff opportunities available.
Guaranteed Payment of your Contracted Hours:
You are always paid for a full shift, even in the event of a client cancellation.
This includes travel, and contact time, for a consistent and worry-free salary.
Mileage Allowance: p per mile. Plus, after probation period of months, you could join our ‘Car Lease Scheme’.
Training: Accredited comprehensive lead to succeed training (funded by us!)

Equipment: A full uniform, full PPE provided, work SMART phone, Lone working device & DBS provided.

Shift Pattern: We are ideally looking for carers that can be very flexible to our service needs at this time. All rounds start at : – :, the evening rounds start at : and finish at the latest : and working every other weekend is mandatory.
You will have a regular Week A/Week B rolling rota to help promote a healthy work-life balance, and for ease of mind.
