The Operational Delivery Manager will oversee both automated and non-automated customer journeys, while meeting their KPI's.
You'll be great at:
1. Automated and non-automated customer journeys
2. Automated and non-automated operational processes.
3. Understanding and interpreting information to deliver KPIs.
What will you be doing?
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate teams to achieve operational goals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Operational Delivery: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes and identify areas for improvement.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What experience will you bring?
Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with strong communication and motivational skills.
Operational Management: In-depth knowledge and experience in managing operations, processes, and systems.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, and cost control.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Risk Management: Knowledge of risk management principles and the ability to identify and mitigate operational risks.
Continuous Improvement: Experience in ensuring there is continuous improvement within operations to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
Hybrid role working between Accrington and home location. 35 hours per week over 6 days.
Salary up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
