The Company you will be working for: Mtrec Commercial is proudly representing an industry-leading client in their search for a Fluent Brazilian/Portuguese speaking Customer Advisor to join their growing team. You do not need to live locally; applicants from across the UK are welcome. All equipment will be provided, though you may have your own suitable workspace at home.

The Role you’ll be doing:
* Conduct professional calls on behalf of clients to communicate complex information about new technologies, raise product awareness, and assess prospective customer needs
* Generate high-quality leads through calls
* Acquire knowledge of product features and applications through training and utilize this information effectively
* Understand and respond to the needs of prospective customers
* Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions
* Research contacts and consider their requirements before communication
* Support colleagues and work as part of a team
* Embrace company values
* Deliver high standards of quality and professionalism at all times
About You:
* Native/Fluent in Brazilian/Portuguese is essential
* Fluency in Spanish is preferred
* Positive attitude and results-driven
* Good team and interpersonal skills
* Confidence in directing conversations and handling objections
* Well-organized, conscientious, with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to quickly learn new processes
* Experience in a call centre or target-driven environment (lead generation, telesales, B2B, customer service, etc.)
