About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in the design, development, and integration of SeeByte’s intelligent maritime software. You’ll work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team on high-impact, real-world applications that include autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs), defense technology, and ocean exploration systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement modular and maintainable software in C#
* Develop Windows-based user interfaces using WPF
* Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to deliver integrated solutions
* Use modern CI/CD tools like Docker and Jenkins
* Automate software deployment and configuration management
* Apply industry best practices in software testing and system verification

Key Requirements
* A degree in Software Engineering or a related numerate discipline with a focus on programming
* Experience in C# and WPF UI development
* Understanding of software engineering principles and agile development workflows
* Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and deployment pipelines
* Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in autonomous systems
Preferred (but not required)
* Knowledge of robotics, sensors, or maritime technology
* Previous experience working in defense or security-sensitive environments
* Experience with cross-platform development
