Job Description
Carbon Activated Europe, part of the Carbon Activated Group, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products, is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to expand our European sales team. The role involves managing major accounts across the UK and Europe, working closely with regional sales teams and distribution networks.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience in sectors such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water, and Wastewater Treatment. The role requires a proactive approach to developing new and existing accounts through technical expertise, collaboration, and strategic sales efforts.
Requirements
* Current role as a Key Account Sales Manager or similar, seeking broader commercial responsibilities.
* Experience in relevant industry sectors and managing UK and European accounts.
* Willingness to travel 25-50% across Europe for client visits, trade shows, and training.
* Degree in Chemistry or related Science, with additional business qualifications preferred.
* Strong leadership skills to manage and develop external teams and partners.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and data-driven with excellent communication and organizational skills.
