Salary: Starting at £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.
About the Role
Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader? We are seeking a Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated Children's Home Team at Bayview. In this role, you will work in a nurturing environment, supporting a maximum of four young people aged 8-18 who face social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Your mission? To create a safe, secure, and positive home where every child can thrive and improve their quality of life.
Your Responsibilities
* Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in daily operations to enhance the lives of our young residents.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain our 'Outstanding' or 'Good' Ofsted ratings.
* Step in for the Registered Manager when needed, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
* Maintain compliance with care plans, legal requirements, and Bay View Childcare policies.
* Foster a friendly, inclusive environment where children feel they belong.
* Engage proactively with children to build meaningful relationships and support their personal growth.
What We’re Looking For
* A full UK driving license.
* Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People is essential.
* A passion for improving the lives of young people and a commitment to our ethos.
