We are partnering with a leading advertising and creative group to recruit a dynamic and commercially driven Procurement Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment and is passionate about driving value, optimising supplier partnerships, and shaping best-in-class procurement practices.
In this influential role, you'll work closely with production, marketing, operations, finance, and commercial teams to support high-impact creative projects and ensure strategic, cost-effective sourcing across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end procurement across key categories such as marketing services, production, technology, media, agency partners, and corporate services
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance creativity, quality, and commercial value
* Review and negotiate supplier contracts, commercial terms, SLAs, and licensing agreements
* Analyse spend, supplier performance, and usage data to identify opportunities for optimisation
* Partner with creative, production, and client services teams to support project planning and operational delivery
* Manage supplier relationships, ensuring capability, innovation, and performance meet business needs
* Drive cost savings, efficiency improvements, and continuous process enhancements
* Support risk management, compliance, and supplier governance, ensuring commercial integrity
* Present recommendations, insights, and sourcing strategies to senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven procurement experience within advertising, media, marketing, technology, or a similar fast-paced creative sector
* Strong contract review, negotiation, and supplier management skills
* Ability to influence stakeholders across creative, commercial, and operational teams
* Analytical mindset with experience interpreting spend, usage, and supplier data
* Knowledge of procurement best practice, value optimisation, and commercial risk assessment
* Confident communicator able to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in an agile, evolving environment
