Job Description As a Senior Digital Trading Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting with the day-to-day management, site trading and optimisation for the ASOS website(s) across devices. This will include site merchandising, navigation updates and search configuration. Reporting into the Digital Trading Specialist, you will support trade and help to optimise the customer journeys with a focus on balancing commercial & brand priorities, ensuring to maximise the onsite Customer experience and drive conversion for your focused market and categories. The Details Ensuring website standards are maintained to maximise business performance and customer journey PIM product enrichment / attribution Supporting the team to produce trade reports (including category and search) by utilising a range of customer engagement reporting tools e.g., curated PLP reports Interpreting the reporting data in order to optimise the customer journey Supporting the Digital Trading Specialist with managing and optimising the category and navigation structure across channels/devices Supporting with managing onsite search, ensuring optimal configuration across markets and enhancing the search experience Supporting with homepage and promo processes and wider stakeholder management Category specialists, supporting to elevate the product assortment priorities across the customer journey, ensuring to create a seamless experience all the global markets Subject matter expert and specialise within your pillar and become the expert, while educating the wider ecommerce business on your focused area.
