Job Title: Learning & Development Partner, People Team Location: Greenford (Hybrid – 3 days in the office) Reports to: Head of People Experience About the Role At Brompton, we’re building more than bikes - we’re building a better future. We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner who’s excited by change, driven by purpose, and ready to shape how learning happens at Brompton. This role is about more than delivering training - it’s about building capability, unlocking potential, and preparing our people for what’s next. You’ll lead the business plan and execution of our digital learning experience, manage key external partnerships, and drive initiatives that support early careers, future skills, and lifelong learning. You’ll also play a key role in shifting mindsets across the business - helping people take ownership of their development and grow their careers with confidence. Key Responsibilities Learning Strategy & Delivery Design and deliver learning experiences that build confidence, capability, and connection Lead our global onboarding and induction experience, ensuring every new joiner feels set up for success, irrespective of location, language and entity Develop and embed manager and leadership development programmes that reflect our culture and ambition Work in collaboration with People Ops team to Partner with leaders to understand development needs and translate them into practical, engaging learning Champion a skills-first approach to learning, using skill intelligence to identify capability gaps and build the skills we need to grow, innovate and adapt to market demands skills -first approach to learning, with a focus on building the capabilities we need for the future Own the frameworks and tools that support organisational readiness – ensuring learning is a driver of business transformation and future capability Lead initiatives that encourage self-directed learning and personal ownership of development Digital Learning Experience Own and evolve the digital ecosystem, ensuring it is personalised, on brand with our EVP, data-led, engaging and continuously improving – with the ability to deliver actionable insights to leaders. Manage and optimise our Learning Management System (Workday), ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and engaging Use data to track engagement, measure impact, and inform continuous improvement Explore and apply emerging technologies - including AI - to enhance learning delivery and experience Partnerships & Programmes Develop strategic partnerships with partners and providers who bring innovation, niche expertise and scalable solutions to support out evolving learning needs. Design and deliver graduate programmes, internships, and early careers initiatives Lead our approach to apprenticeships, ensuring we make the most of the levy to grow and develop our people Develop and support mentoring programmes and career development initiatives across the business Track learning spend and supplier performance, using data to inform decisions and demonstrate value Skills Learning design & facilitation - creates inclusive, engaging learning experiences that stick Strategic thinking - connects learning to business outcomes and future capability needs Culture shaper – embedding continuous growth and learning into the way we work Impact & influence – ability to shape thinking, challenge constructively and inspire action Digital learning expertise - confident in managing LMS platforms and digital content Data fluency - uses data to evaluate impact, track spend, and inform decisions Stakeholder influence - builds trust and credibility with leaders and teams Project delivery - organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities AI literacy - curious about how AI can support learning and open to experimenting with new tools and emerging technologies Inclusive mindset – balances measurement with meaningful storytelling, combining great data with compelling ideas that reflect diverse needs and experiences About You You’re passionate about helping people grow - and you know learning doesn’t just happen in a classroom You bring energy, creativity, and structure to everything you do You’re collaborative, curious, and not afraid to challenge the status quo You’re confident working with stakeholders at all levels and influencing with insight You embrace innovation and bring a disruptive mindset to how learning is delivered You care deeply about making a lasting impact - and you’re excited to do that in a business that’s going places What Success Looks Like This role is about building capability and confidence across Brompton. Success will mean: Learning interventions are embedded in the flow of work and are measurably improving performance, engagement and retention Managers and teams feel supported, equipped, and inspired to grow People take ownership of their development and feel empowered to shape their careers Digital learning is accessible, engaging, and continuously improving External partnerships are delivering value and supporting our goals The apprenticeship levy is used strategically to support development Mentoring and career development initiatives are active and impactful You’re seen as a trusted partner and expert in learning and development Leaders are actively sponsoring and role model continuous learning behaviours Why Join Us?
