The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll deliver professional, efficient technical support to a range of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll also collaborate with a team of technicians, sharing knowledge and supporting service excellence across the region.
Key Responsibilities
 * Provide technical support within SLA timeframes
 * Diagnose and resolve faults effectively
 * Perform routine maintenance, updates, and modifications
 * Assist with installations and solution rollouts
 * Maintain full understanding of SLAs and ensure compliance
 * Conduct basic fault finding across deployed solutions
 * Support colleagues during absences or peak periods
 * Accurately log service calls and updates
 * Identify and report recurring faults for proactive resolution
 * Share technical knowledge with team members
 * Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders
 * Manage boot stock and site inventory efficiently
 * Attend product training to maintain technical proficiency
 * Support escalated incidents and customer issues as needed
The Candidate
 * Proven experience in field technical support within the MFP/photocopier/print sector
 * Strong problem‑solving skills and logical thinking
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
 * Customer‑focused with a proactive attitude
