The Role
Were building a pool of reliable Event Coordinators to help us deliver VR sessions across Plymouth, Devon, and Cornwall.
This isnt a tech role — we provide full training on the VR equipment. What we need are professional, organized people who can manage guests, work as part of a team, and ensure every event runs smoothly.
What Youll Do
Guest Experience
* Greet guests and manage flow/queues
* Help participants with VR headsets (training provided)
* Ensure everyone has a positive, memorable experience
Event Support
* Assist with setup and pack‑down
* Keep the event space tidy and professional
* Work alongside a Senior Lead (youre never alone on-site)
Team Collaboration
* Work as part of a pair or larger team
* Support senior staff to deliver seamless events
* Adapt to different venues and event types
Shift Patterns
* Shifts vary week to week based on bookings
* Evening and weekend availability essential (busiest times)
* Notice given in advance for upcoming shifts
* Accept or decline shifts based on your availability
Travel
Events across Plymouth, Devon, Cornwall — transport organized
About You
* ✓ Professional & punctual— timing matters in events
* ✓ Strong communicator— comfortable with diverse audiences
* ✓ Team player— happy to support wherever needed
* ✓ Adaptable— roll‑your‑sleeves‑up attitude
* ✓ Guest‑focused— you enjoy helping people have a great time
* Experience in hospitality, retail, or events highly valued
* Clean driving license preferred (not essential)
