Your Role
As F&B Supervisor, you’ll be the hands-on leader who keeps our service smooth, our team inspired, and our guests delighted. You’ll bring energy, elegance, and excellence to every shift.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Supervise daily operations across our bars, restaurants, and in-room dining.
2. Support and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service with personality.
3. Ensure all areas meet luxury standards for presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
4. Assist with training, rotas, and performance development.
5. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care.
6. Collaborate with the F&B Manager to elevate menus, events, and service moments.
