We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisor to earn up to £18.00 per hour. You’ll play a key role in supporting existing, lapsed, and interested customers, providing friendly and efficient assistance with calls, upgrades, account changes, and enquiries across our wide range of devices and broadband services. Inbound enquiries often come from those wishing to upgrade, top up credit or explore new options. The role focuses on offering contracts over pay-as-you-go and includes targeted upselling of phones, tablets, watches, laptops and broadband. Outbound work involves calling customers to present additional services, share discounts, and offer the latest deals. The position is primarily sales-driven—5% customer service and 95% sales—with specific targets such as talk time, upgrades, retentions and both single and multiple sales.
