THE OPPORTUNITY
Title: Process Improvement and Business Process Excellence Manager
Location: Hinton House, Warrington / Home-based (hybrid)
Other: SC clearance will be required. The post attracts a Personnel Security clearance, subject to further eligibility criteria to meet national security vetting requirements. You will normally need to have been resident in the UK for at least 5 years prior to the application date.
Job summary/Objectives of the role
* Manage IT support, technical innovation, continuous improvement, and business process changes to meet operational targets, job specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements; motivate and ensure team competence.
* Deliver technical innovation to the contract with support from the PMO and develop existing processes to minimize waste.
* Support the Operations Manager in ensuring safety, profitability, and employee engagement; deputize as required.
Your role in our mission:
* Maintain health and safety standards, report incidents, and promote safety awareness.
* Coordinate with the PMO for structured planning, delivery, and communication of work and innovations.
* Lead innovation initiatives, encourage idea sharing at all levels, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Set professional standards, ensure site security, and promote awareness of security and confidentiality responsibilities.
* Understand and support compliance with ISO standards and Business Continuity Management policies.
* Encourage team suggestions for process improvements, monitor productivity, and produce management reports.
* Implement client change requests, support project development, and conduct team briefings.
* Participate in industry events, conduct site tours, and develop solutions to expand business opportunities.
* Monitor equipment performance, manage lifecycle and upgrades, and understand resource allocation and financials.
