We’re currently looking to recruit a Cleaning Team Leader who will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of our clients’ premises to the highest standards. Your tasks will include leading a team of cleaning and food court staff to ensure high standards of cleaning in the client’s environment, using a range of tools and materials in accordance with BICS standards.
In addition, you will support the manager with budgets, reporting, and staff rotas to maximize the use of internal staff. You will also serve as the main point of contact for the client regarding compliance, audits, health & safety, and cleaning schedules. You should be willing to assist with various tasks related to your role to support your manager, your team, and our client.
As an Apleona Cleaning Team Leader, we’re looking for:
* Excellent customer care skills
* Supervisory experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
* Flexibility to support the team during absences and holidays
We will provide full training upon your start and ensure you have everything needed to excel in your role and be a valuable part of the team. The working hours are as specified above, and the salary offered is up to £28,177, along with the following employee benefits:
