We are seeking a motivated, hands‑on leader to join our team as a Bilingual Day Labor Recruiter & Supervisor. This role combines recruiting, team management, field supervision, and administrative coordination. Staffing primarily for 24/7 Mitigation Restoration companies.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit, source, screen, and onboard day labor workers
* Schedule and manage multiple teams across job sites
* Supervise crews performing demolition, cleaning, and general labor
* Conduct field recruiting beyond the office
* Provide on‑site training and supervision when needed
* Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
* Serve as main point of contact between workers and clients
* Track attendance, performance, and productivity
Administrative & Onboarding Duties
* Facilitate onboarding for new hires
* Handle paperwork and orientation
* Maintain candidate data using Microsoft Office and recruiting systems
* Create reports and communicate updates
Requirements
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple teams
* Experience in recruiting or staffing preferred
* Experience in construction/demo/cleaning preferred
* Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools
* Microsoft Office proficiency
* Willingness to travel
* Reliable transportation
* High School Diploma or GED
