Psychology Graduate
Location: York, North Yorkshire
Salary: £85 - £110 per day

Are you passionate about becoming an Educational Psychologist? If so, GSL Education wants to hear from you! We are currently seeking Psychology Graduates to work at Client Secondary Schools in York, North Yorkshire, as a Teaching Assistant, starting as soon as possible.
Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant responsibilities:
* Provide dedicated support to SEMH students with additional needs such as mental health challenges, behavioural difficulties, and autism.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers, senior leadership teams, and external agencies.
* Support students in building their self-confidence and self-esteem.
* Establish strong, positive relationships with students through 1:1 and small group support.
* Manage behaviour in alignment with the school's policies and ethos.
