Tasks
Youll be part ofa small dynamic and growing team at the heart of a fintech businessmaking an impact.
Youll be working directly withthe Head of Marketing who brings two decadesworth of experienceworking with many wellknown brands in the financial servicescorporate and consumer sectors.
This is anexciting opportunity for a marketeer in the early stages of theircareer looking to develop their skills and play a meaningful rolein delivering the marketing and brand strategy for a disruptivefintech.
Youd be working with a fresh brand andvisual identity that gives itself the freedom to challengeexpectations.
What were lookingfor:
* 12 years ofmarketing experience (preferably within financialservices).
* You would offer support across theMarketing team and in doing so learn from those tasked with eventscampaign and digital management.
* Youll have anappreciation of the importance of being clientoriented in yourcommunications.
* Youre a creative individualable to support the team in the creation and distribution of BAUcommunications and onbrand content.
* Yourecomfortable supporting external events material and promotion(inperson and hybrid webinars and exhibitionetc).
* You have experience of working withstakeholders to deadlines and able to manageexpectations.
* Great team worker andrelationship builder working with both internal and externalparties (Eg: exhibition suppliers graphicdesigners).
* Ability to adapt and willingness tolearn andupskill.
Requirements
Whatyoull bring: Skills andexperience
* Software and web apps:Working knowledge of the Google app suite (Google Docs Sheets etc)Mailchimp (adjusting graphics working with segmented lists)Wordpress (able to assist in maintaining content blogs etc) andZoom (orgaining webinars/events).
* A candidatewith a working / beginnerintermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesignis highly preferred as we periodically update presales literature(Adobe Photoshop would be a bonus).
* Youd becomfortable distributing content across digital channels (socialwebsite etc).
* Youre happy to assist in writingshortform content in conjunction with domain experts in the firm(posts email content press releases etc) and understand theimportance of good attention to detail.
* Wevalue candidates with willingness to roll up their sleeves up alongwith the rest of the team to achieve sharedambitions.
