About the location: Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Tower Bridge is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. This five-star hotel features 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments (31 in a FS run transient rental program), a ballroom, 5 meeting rooms, a destination spa, and a notable Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic, Mei Ume and Rotunda.
The Role
Join Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge as we open our brand-new signature restaurant. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Commis Waiters to join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London. This role is expected to commence in early to mid-October.
What You Will Do
* Assist with setting up and clearing tables before, during, and after service
* Support the service team by delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas
* Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
* Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
* Uphold Four Seasons standards while learning and growing in your role
What You Bring
* A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A willingness to learn and grow within a luxury environment
* Proficiency in spoken English
* The Right to Work in the UK
Schedule And Hours
* This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week
* Earliest start time will be 6am, and the latest finish will be around 1am
* The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends
