What you’ll be doing…. • Lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Take full ownership of financial management, from management accounts, audits, and tax returns to banking, cashflow, and budgets. • Drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and champion ‘best in class' practices. • Act as a key bridge between stakeholders and finance – ensuring smooth, joined-up delivery. • Lead SPV board meetings and oversee compliance, distributions forecasts, and debt reporting. What we’re looking for…. • Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with 3 years PQE. • Practice background preferred but not essential • A proactive leader who thrives on improving processes and motivating teams. • Strategic mindset with proven success in implementing positive change.
