Responsibilities
* Manage anti‑social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this.
* Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence.
* Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service.
* Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store.
* Wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety.
