Responsibilities
* Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wrens kitchen and bedroom designs.
* Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality.
* Conduct thorough surveys of customers homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos, and explain the process to the customer during your visit.
* Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
* Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.
* In addition to any other duties, ensure that you have read, understood, and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is required.
* A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
* Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
* Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers needs.
* Full UK manual driving license with 6 or fewer penalty points.
* Organised and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time to optimise each customers experience.

Remuneration & Benefits
Youll receive a competitive basic salary of £26,440 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.
