This is a hands-on role working with Finance leadership to improve processes, controls and reporting. Responsibilities include delivering finance improvement initiatives; reviewing reporting and finance operations; supporting improvements to finance systems; month-end close and statutory, regulatory and group reporting; audit support; and producing clear documentation. The role suits a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong financial reporting or finance operations experience, exposure to finance projects or systems change, strong Excel and systems skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Financial services or regulated environment experience is desirable.Core skills required
