The Role
We’re hiring 3 AI Engineers to help design and build intelligent systems that support live events, fan engagement, and race insights for teams.
You’ll be hands-on with AI agents, data pipelines, and generative AI tools, working closely with technical and operational teams to turn ideas into production-ready solutions.
This role requires a regular office presence in London and international travel to races around the world, so it’s ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and deploying AI agents to automate workflows and power intelligent applications
* Developing data pipelines on Google Cloud to support real-time AI use cases
* Working with generative AI and LLMs to create practical, production-ready tools
* Collaborating with technical and live-operations teams in a fast-moving environment
* Taking ownership of AI solutions from concept through to deployment
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience with Python & SQL for AI and data work
* Hands-on experience building AI or ML-powered applications
* Familiarity with Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini, or similar tools)
* Comfortable working in a high-pace, real-world environment
* Someone curious, pragmatic, and excited by applying AI to real problems
