Salary: Up to £47,000 p/a
Shifts: Rotating early & late shifts (details below)
About the CNC Operator
We are recruiting several skilled CNC professionals to join a high‑precision engineering environment producing complex, low‑volume, high‑variety components. These positions sit within a modern, lean‑driven machine shop operating multi‑axis CNC machinery and industry‑leading controls.
These roles are ideal for experienced CNC Operators who enjoy technical work, multi‑axis machining, and delivering exceptional quality.

Share SchemeCNC Operator Responsibilities
Setting & operating CNC machines to required standards
Machining components in varying batch sizes
Conducting quality checks to ensure all work meets tolerance requirements
Editing programs within capability
Multi‑machine manning to maximise machine spindle time
Interpreting engineering drawings, CNC programs, and customer specifications
Using measuring tools such as CMM, verniers & micrometersWho We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have strong CNC operating experience (5‑axis, milling or turning)
Can work accurately on high‑precision components
Are confident inspecting your own work
