The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax advisory, compliance, trusts, inheritance tax, probate, restructuring, company reorganisation, and capital gains tax. Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide strategic tax planning advice and leadership across all aspects of taxation.
* Oversee the compliance process to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
* Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Develop and implement innovative tax planning strategies for trusts, inheritance, and capital gains.
* Lead on probate matters and advise on the tax implications of restructuring and company reorganisation.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and communicate relevant changes effectively to the team and clients.
