We’re looking for an experienced electrician to join our team as an Electrical Customer Delivery Manager. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll report to the M&E Programme Manager and oversee a team of approximately 12 electricians. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations while maintaining compliance with NICEIC standards. You’ll be a key player in driving performance and ensuring customer satisfaction by leading by example. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and coaching your team on a day-to-day basis. Conducting pre- and post-work audits. Managing projects up to £25,000 in value. Coordinating hired plant and operators. Ensuring safe working methods and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. Accurately recording all works, variations, and unmeasured tasks. This is a mobile, full-time role offering a flexible working week split between home, site, and office locations. What we're looking for Qualifications: City and Guilds 2360 Part 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation) City and Guilds 2391 Part 1 and 2 (Electrical Inspection Testing and Certification) or equivalent Current City & Guilds qualification to the latest edition of electrical regulations NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Achievement Level 2 (AM2) practical qualification Successful completion of a recognised apprenticeship Experience: Extensive recent experience as a domestic installation electrician Proven ability in designing, wiring, and testing installations Experience in site management Strong customer service skills in a client-facing environment Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT systems Ability to motivate and lead effective teams Excellent attention to detail A flexible, solutions-focused approach to work Additional Requirements This is a roaming position, so regular travel between sites is expected. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential. An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
