Job Description
PCR are seeking to appoint a Contracts Manager on a full-time basis with a competitive salary. The candidate must have significant experience within the construction industry.
You will be working on a range of different projects including new build, refurbishment, heritage & conservation, fit out, design & build and small works projects. Ideally you will have experience on similar projects and understand the complexities and challenges on related schemes.
This is a perm role and as such we are looking for somebody who come from an established work history, displaying longevity and loyalty in there previous roles.
The client you would be appointed for are an established SME main contractor who are family owned and run and offer excellent progression opportunities.
