What you’ll do
* Champion a strong safety-first culture by consistently applying company policies and procedures.
* Ensure quality at every stage — from approving incoming materials to monitoring in-process production and sign-off of finished products.
* Carry out visual and dimensional inspections, identifying issues early and working closely with production to resolve them efficiently.
* Support the identification and implementation of improvements by driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Record and analyse quality data, using insights to support continuous improvement across operations.
* Play a key role in maintaining and developing quality standards, including supporting ISO documentation and procedures.
* Coordinate non-conformance reports (NCRs) through to effective resolution.
* Support the development and rollout of policies, procedures, and training to drive best practice.
* Continuously build your knowledge through training and staying up to date with industry standards and developments.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* Educated to GCSE level in Mathematics and English
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workload
* Able to work under pressure and under tight deadlines
