Duties
Review and interpret logistics and shipment data to improve delivery performance and reliability.
Plan and coordinate orders to ensure customer requirements are met while reducing lead times and bottlenecks.
Oversee stock levels and inventory accuracy, ensuring alignment with budgets and operational targets.
Analyse logistics spend and propose cost-saving initiatives without compromising service levels.
Maintain accurate records across logistics systems covering shipments, inventory, and order information.
Work closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse functions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Create and manage KPIs to monitor performance indicators such as delivery timelines and cost effectiveness.
Drive process optimisation across logistics activities, from planning through to execution.
Assist with demand forecasting and stock planning to support business objectives.
Produce clear and regular performance reports for management to aid informed decision making.
Operate in line with company values, policies, and procedures at all times.
The ideal candidate
Educated to at least high school level, a degree is an advantage.
Minimum of two years' experience within logistics or supply chain operations.
Strong analytical capability with experience using SAP and advanced Excel skills.
Confident working with data analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Native level English required; additional languages are beneficial.
Proactive, hands on approach with strong time management and deadline focus.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills across all levels.
