The team will be supporting Tony, a young adult who is about to take a major step forward - transitioning from children's services into his own tenancy. This isn t just a job - it s a chance to walk alongside someone at a turning point in their life, helping them shape their future, explore new possibilities, and thrive in adulthood. You ll be part of a small, dedicated team, working closely with Tony, his family, and professionals to ensure he feels safe, supported, understood, and empowered every step of the way. Tony loves going out in the car, listening to music and enjoys spending time with his team. He also has a brilliant sense of humour.
