Summary
We are seeking a Specialist to join our dynamic team at Y&A Supplies LTD in the UK. This role is crucial for enhancing our software development efforts, contributing to our mission of delivering quality products and services while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
1. Amazon & Other Marketplace (OM) Expertise
Proven experience managing and optimizing Amazon OM Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
Deep understanding of Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and/or FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant).
Knowledge of Amazon's A9 search algorithm and SEO best practices for product listings.
Experience with Buy Box strategy and performance metrics.
2. Product Listing & Content Optimization
Ability to create and optimize high-converting product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords).
Experience with A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC).
Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and brand protection tools & Brand transprency.
3. Advertising & Promotions
Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising (PPC) including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Experience managing ad budgets, keyword research, campaign structure, and performance analysis.
Understanding of Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Promotions on Amazon.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Ability to analyze Amazon Business Reports, KPIs, and metrics such as CTR, CVR, TACoS, etc.
Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, Keepa, etc.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
5. Inventory & Operations Management
Knowledge of inventory forecasting, shipment planning, and Amazon FBA shipment creation.
Familiar with Amazon's inventory performance index (IPI) and restock limits.
Ability to manage stock levels, prevent stockouts, and coordinate with logistics teams.
6. Customer Service & Compliance
Experience in managing Amazon customer service, reviews, and feedback.
Familiarity with Amazon's policies, account health, and performance notifications.
Experience in dealing with suspensions, listing removals, or appeals.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
Ability to work with product development, marketing, logistics, and finance teams.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Suggesting for launching of new products which are demandable in the market.
*Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Amazon Certification (e.g., Amazon Advertising Certification).
Experience: 5 to 10 Years in international marketplaces (Amazon UK, EU, USA, etc.)
Optional (But Valuable) Technical Skills
Experience using ERP systems integrated with Amazon (e.g., NetSuite, Skubana).
Knowledge of Amazon APIs or 3rd-party integrations.
Working with other e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Wowcher, Woo Commerce Plateform website.

Pay: £22,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
