We are looking to hear from a RGN or RMN who preferably has previous experience of working with the older person in any environment and is looking for a new opportunity.
Responsibilities of Registered Nurse include:
* To provide the highest standards of person-centred care to the ladies and gentlemen living in the home.
* To assess, plan, implement and evaluate the ongoing care needs of the ladies and gentlemen.
* To ensure that the highest standards of medication management are adhered to at all times and in accordance with legislation.
* Make clinical recommendations
* To assist and lead the team of staff and manage resources when required
* To take a lead role in dealing with any emergencies
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements of Registered Nurse
* You will be required to hold a current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or RMN.
* 2 Years' experience in a care home setting would be preferable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills
* 24 Hours contract - Every other full weekend required 07:40-20:00
