Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day operations across a multi-site commercial portfolio. * Manage hard & soft services, PPM, compliance, and contractor performance. * Conduct regular site inspections and H&S audits. * Manage budgets, SLAs, KPIs, and service-charge elements where required. * Maintain strong client and occupier relationships.
