We are seeking a talented Workplace Savings New Business Sales Consultant to join our Sales team in Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). Based in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Manchester, this is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and contributing to MMB's growth. Candidates should have industry experience and a basic understanding of Flexible Benefits, Healthcare, Group Risk, and Employee Benefits markets.
Responsibilities:
* Develop relationships with internal and external introducers.
* Generate new business opportunities from your introducer network.
* Maintain sales pipeline records.
* Meet and exceed sales targets.
* Provide excellent customer service and manage prospect relationships.
* Contract with customers following standard processes.
* Identify opportunities for other MMB and MMC group specialists.
* Ensure all business meets quality standards.
* Invest in personal development.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales role.
* Qualified to at least QCF2, working toward QCF4.
* Track record of new business generation.
