Cochran Services Ltd are looking to recruit a Service Desk Co‑ordinator to work within the Service Department. This position will be full time and based in Newbie.
The successful candidate will liaise with customers and service engineers and must have demonstrable administration experience, with good communication skills both written and verbal. A flexible approach is required, as multi‑tasking in an office environment is important for the effectiveness of this role.
Main responsibilities
* Taking and liaising customer service requests via current software package
* System management
* Manage Service Inspection contracts from estimate, planning and scheduling of new and current business
* Utilisation of Product Support Engineers
* Planning, co‑ordinating and allocating engineers for breakdowns to ensure customer requests for engineer attendance is resolved in a timely manner
* Planning, co‑ordinating and allocating resources to ensure all Service Inspection contract visits are undertaken as per the agreed contract schedule in liaison with the customer
* Ensure all invoicing is completed in a timely manner
* Checking job reports to ensure any further identified or required work is actioned or passed to the relevant internal contract for quotation or follow up
* General Admin Duties
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
