PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF NURSE C AND PD AND ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS
FIXED TERM – 12 MONTHS MATERNITY COVER
Responsibilities
The role provides comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Associate Director of Allied Health Professionals. Key duties include:
* Managing complex diaries
* Coordinating meetings and events
* Preparing high-quality documents and correspondence
* Supporting the smooth running of AHP leadership activities
* Liaising with stakeholders and handling sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
* Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Be able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
* Have strong communication skills
* Have proven experience in a busy administrative or personal assistant role
Benefits
Fixed-term 12-month contract for maternity cover. Salary quoted is for full-time hours (36 hrs per week).
