Responsibilities
* As a Hospitality Technician, help bring the Hospitality curriculum to life. Ensure kitchens and restaurant areas are operated safely and smoothly, and that class materials are ready on time.
* Maintain stock levels and work closely with the team to create an inspiring and seamless experience for staff and students.
* Support in maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in line with Health & Safety guidelines.
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent
* Education to level 2 or above and/or a professional qualification in a relevant subject area or equivalent
Essential Experience
* Practical industrial experience within a commercial kitchen/catering trade
* Experience working effectively as part of a team
* Awareness of Health & Safety at Work and related issues
* Good experience in using ILT skills
* Good housekeeping skills
