Reports to: Care Coordinator/ Home Care Manager
Key duties and responsibilities
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll:
7. Provide high-quality personal care, always respecting client dignity and promoting independence within the clients’ home
8. Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs
9. Represent Kingsley Home Care with professionalism and pride
Skills and attributes
10. A caring, patient nature
11. Excellent communication skills
12. Ability to stay calm under pressure
13. Experience is a plus, but full training is provided
14. Access to a car and full UK driving licence is preferred
