I'm working with a well-established company in Kettering who are looking for a Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in a supportive, collaborative environment. This role is initially on a 6 month contract, with the potential to go permanent at the end of this period. What You'll Be Doing: Leading the monthly management accounts process and reporting to the board Managing budgets and forecasting across multiple departments Overseeing the finance team and supporting their development Driving process improvements and system efficiency's Working closely with department heads on financial planning and analysis Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and company policies Supporting the year-end audit process What You'll Need: Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting Previous experience managing a small finance team Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems Excellent communication skills - you'll be presenting to senior stakeholders A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement What's In It For You: Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Flexible working arrangements.
