What You'll Be Doing Developing person-centred care plans and risk assessments Leading the care team in delivering meaningful, empathetic support Promoting independence, choice, and positive engagement Liaising with families, external professionals, and multidisciplinary teams Reducing reliance on psychotropic medication through non-pharmacological interventions Supporting best interest decisions in line with the Mental Capacity Act Conducting supervisions, appraisals, and coaching care staff Ensuring compliance with NMC standards and Orchard policies Youll be a role model for compassionate dementia care, helping to build a culture of respect, understanding, and continuous improvement.
