Do you hold a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and have previous experience working on HGVs, or have you completed an apprenticeship in the HGV industry?
As part of our team at Volvo, you will work a 39-hour week on our rotational night shift, earning up to £20 per hour with overtime, a quarterly bonus, and excellent earning potential.

The Role – key responsibilities include:
* Carrying out regular MOT service inspections on a wide range of trucks from various manufacturers.
* Fault finding and repairs on engines, gearboxes, brakes, suspension systems, etc.
* Performing repairs to high standards following Volvo procedures, safely and responsibly.
* Assisting in fault diagnosis.
* Servicing customer vehicles and completing service sheets.
* Road testing vehicles when required (if holding an HGV license).
* Assisting with roadside breakdowns.
* Processing all relevant paperwork accurately.
* Reporting vehicle defects.
* Maintaining workshop facilities, equipment, and tools.
* Supporting the development of trainees and apprentices.
